RICK HARTLEY

Founder

Rick was a full-time Paramedic for Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service, as well as the District Emergency Medical Services Director for 23 years. Rick faithfully served the district for more than 32 years until giving the ultimate sacrifice in November 2015 when he lost his life in a line-of-duty accident.

CHERILYN WITTLER

President

Cherilyn began her career in EMS as a First Responder with Campo QRT nearly 20 years ago. She now works full-time as an EMT-Intermediate/99 for Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service, and is serving as both the District’s Emergency Medical Services Director and our Board President.

KEVIN JOHNSON

Vice-President

Kevin is currently working for Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service as a Paramedic. He has 8 years of service to the district and serves as our Board Vice-President.

SHANNON POWELL

Secretary

Working now as a full-time EMT-I/99 for Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service, Shannon serves as our Board Secretary. Shannon has been serving our community for almost 9 years now.

MATTHEW SELF

Treasurer

Matt works full-time as a Paramedic for Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service and serves as our treasurer. He has been serving the district for 8 years.

LEROY ENGLAND

Board Member

A retired educator from Campo School District,, LeRoy is a volunteer EMT-Basic for Campo QRT and Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service. He has served our District for more than forty years!

ESTHER ENGLAND

Member

Esther is a volunteer EMT-IV for Campo QRT and Southeast Colorado Hospital Ambulance Service. She has served our District for nearly 40 years! She retired from her role as a Paraprofessional in the education system and now babysits full-time for her grandkids.

DONITTA JOHNSON

Member

Donitta served our community for several years as an EMT and also worked in the hospital lab until retiring. She continues to provide valuable input to our agency and the community by serving on our board.
